By creating an account or using DARA Recovery (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
DARA provides digital asset recovery, tracing, balance management, and swap tooling. Balances and traces shown on the Platform are managed through a reviewed ledger and may require administrative approval before funds move.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Fees
Opening a recovery case is free. Any applicable recovery or network fee is disclosed and confirmed before funds are moved. We never charge hidden fees.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit and withdrawal requests are submitted for review and processed once approved. Processing times may vary based on verification and network conditions.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud, or to interfere with the integrity or security of the service.
7. No Guarantee of Recovery
While we use multi-chain tracing to maximize outcomes, recovery of lost assets cannot be guaranteed and depends on factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DARA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
